Terms and Conditions for Frys Restaurant

1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Frys Restaurant's services, located at 5th Floor, L.I Complex, Near Singjamei Supermarket, Singjamei, Imphal, Manipur - 795008. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services: Frys Restaurant offers:- Food and beverage services in our restaurant. Food delivery through leading food delivery companies in Manipur. Event space rental for music festivals, birthdays, parties, and other events with a capacity of about 80 people
3. Reservations and Bookings: Reservations for tables and events are subject to availability. We require a deposit or advance payment for certain events or large parties. Cancellations or changes to reservations may incur fees

4. Food Delivery: We partner with leading food delivery companies to deliver our food. Delivery times and fees are determined by our partners. We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery, but delays or errors may occur
5. Event Space: Our event space has a capacity of about 80 people- Event organizers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify events due to unforeseen circumstances
6. Payment Terms: Payment methods accepted include cash, card, and online payment- Prices are subject to change without notice. We may charge service fees or taxes on certain services
7. Liability and Indemnity: We are not liable for damages or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party actions. You agree to indemnify us against claims or damages arising from your use of our services
8. Data Protection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws. We use your data to provide and improve our services

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Manipur and India.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Restaurant Reservations: Customers may cancel or modify restaurant table reservations up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Event Bookings: For event space bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to management discretion. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Food Orders & Deliveries: Once a food order has been placed and accepted through our delivery partners, cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed. Refund requests due to incorrect or missing items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers are advised to immediately contact our support team for resolution.

Force Majeure: No refunds shall be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment. Additional time may be required depending on your financial institution.​​
